From the day I placed the order for my new hot tub cover new things would go well.
It was a Sunday evening and I received a phone call from Gordon confirming my order and all the particulars related to it. Man talks about service from the get go.
With the order confirmed it was just a matter of waiting for the confirmation of the shipping, which Gordon said would be approx. 4 weeks.
Sure enough 4 weeks later the order was confirmed and a shipping notice issued with tracking number.
Now I live in northern BC and the cover arrived in 8 days.
It was well packaged and when we opened the package the cover was beyond our expectations.
It is such a pleasure to deal with a top quality company like hot tub covers and to not have any worries from start to finish.

For me it was a fair bit savings over buying my cover straight from Jacuzzi but still a lot of money to put out there for an on-line product. The service was simply unmatched. Some suggestions improved my cover over the original and I am completely satisfied with delivery time and quality. If you are having reservations about ordering something like this on-line I have to tell you the customer service given to me was outstanding.
