The following are the four most popular types of hot tub covers and their dimensions:

The Classic cover has a thickness of 3" tapering down to 2" to assist in moisture runoff and uses the highest density 680g (1.5 lb) closed cell foam providing an R14.5 insulation rating. This cover is also reinforced with an aluminum “C” channel running the entire length of the fold for added support.

The Premium cover has a thickness of 4" tapering down to 3" to assist in moisture runoff and uses the highest density 680g (1.5 lb) closed cell foam providing an R17.5 insulation rating. This cover is also reinforced with an aluminum “C” channel running the entire length of the fold for added support.

The Ultimate cover has a thickness of 5" tapering down to 4" to assist in moisture runoff and uses the highest density 680g (1.5 lb) closed cell foam providing an R22.1 insulation rating. This cover is also reinforced with an aluminum “C” channel running the entire length of the fold for added support.

The Supreme cover is engineered with extra insulation with a thickness of 6" tapering down to 4" and uses the highest density 980g (1.5 lb) closed cell foam providing an R27 insulation rating. This cover is also reinforced with an aluminum “C” channel running the entire length of the fold for added support.

The Ultimate Walk-on cover is engineered with extra insulation with a thickness of 5" tapering down to 4" and uses the highest density 980g (2 lb) closed cell foam providing an R24 insulation rating. This cover is also reinforced with an aluminum “C” channel running the entire length of the fold for added support.
