Hello Canada!

I bought a hot tub which came with a standard cover, from Sun Ray Hot tubs. A year and a half later I had to explore replacing the cover because it now weighed 350 ibs because of all the water it had absorbed. Sun Ray wanted to sell me a new cover for 2300.00. Yeesh!!

Then I found Hot Tub Covers Canada! They not only sold me a vastly superior cover then what came as standard with my original hot tub, but their price was absolutely amazing!!! I have had the cover for over a year and it still looks brand new and weighs what it did when I bought it! Woohoo!!!

This is the only company worth considering!

Purchased a replacement cover 1 year ago or so. Fit perfect and performs great. No problems with the cover and it was the best value I could find for this product. I would purchase another cover from Hot Tub Covers.

Unbelievable service after placing the order online I received a phone call verifying the dimensions of the tub. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. The cover was deviled to my door in ONE WEEK how is that for service.The cover fits and looks great would recommend this company to everyone.

The Hot-Tub needed a new cover, no question. Two different pool/hot-tub stores provided me with quotes, when a friend suggested to check out the web and in particular Hot Tub Canada.

Not only did Hot Tub Canada offer a superior product compared with the stores - 6” tapered to 4” versus 5” tapered to 4” - but also at a better price. Upon confirmation of the order, the suggested delivery date was three weeks. I was pleased when in two weeks the cover was delivered.

What very much impressed me was that the Gord would call me after I had placed the order and review the order with me, as well as making some good suggestions. Obviously, he knows what he is talking about.

I am glad my friend recommended Hot Tub Covers Canada.

This is a letter of recommendation for Hot Tub Covers Canada to expose the excellent service they provide to every customer.

I had been in need of a hot tub cover and did some online shopping to find the most competitive price and came across the website for hot tub covers Canada and decided they had a very reputable name and also a competitive price from there I placed an order with the owner Gord. He was a very thorough man he returned my call within 24 hours to confirm my measurements and answer any questions I had.


From here it became a bit of a situation that either of us had anticipated because it was the first time order I had called the supplier that I had purchased the hot tub from to confirm the make and model of the tub I had to ensure I got the proper fitting lid. However the information they had on file for me was incorrect they had us registered to an LX 7000 model hot tub and we indeed had a LX 5000 model hot tub. This was not discovered until well after the order was placed and the lid had arrived at my door with this being said I called Gord@ hot tub covers Canada and tried to figure out where I had gone wrong shortly after this we had discovered the measurements I had submitted to Hot Tub Covers Canada were indeed for the LX 7000. Normally most hot tub lid companies would say that was the order you placed and because they are custom made you as the customer are stuck with it. This was not the situation with hot tub covers Canada Gord immediately subsided my anxiety about this situation with the recommendation that I could have it shipped back to him he would put it in his inventory and place a re-order all this expense was absorbed by hot tub covers Canada. I have spoke to Gord many times in regards to this very complicated situation and he was always prompt to return my calls, answer all my questions and guide me through how I returned had to return the lid. I feel that he has gone above and beyond what his requirements are and treated me exceptionally.

I would recommend ordering your hot tub lid from Hot Tub Covers Canada Inc as I have stated many times they offer an exception service and a great product. I know if I personally have any other hot tub needs I will.

Great service! Fantastic price!

I priced covers from my dealer and even other internet store fronts, but no one could beat Hot Tub Covers Canada.

I contacted the company with some questions and Gord responded immediately and was extremely helpful.

I own a Beachcomber Hot Tub with exterior pumps, and needed to replace the vinyl on the step so it would match the new cover, no problem for Gord a piece of matching vinyl was added to the order. My old cover also had a seam sealer pad that ran the entire length of the center fold,

I asked Gord if they could accommodate this request. Again no problem in added this option and it was only small up-charge.

I then placed the order and the cover arrived exactly when he said it would and it fits perfectly. The quality is the same or better than the original.
